Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms are very big and nice, but the location was outstanding, close to everything in the Old Town. The service was wonderful, although the breakfast room clearing felt a bit rushed. The dining options were rather modest, and the facilities were adequate.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right by the main pedestrian bridge, but the rooms were tired and in need of redecoration, and some of the staff were not very friendly. However, the dining was better than expected.

Although the rooms overlooked the River Neckar and were in an apartment building 100 meters away, they were tired and in need of redecoration. The noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs was quite bothersome.

Most of the staff were accommodating and welcoming, but there was one older man at the desk who was extremely cranky. Overall, the service could have been friendlier.

The hotel's location near the bridge was very nice, just around the corner from the Old Town. It was convenient for exploring Heidelberg, but the area needs refurbishing.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. Some aspects were disappointing with limited options, but there was a very nice housekeeper who served coffee, tea, ham, and cheese.
